Privacy
This policy describes what Astucore LLC collects through astucore.ai, why, and what happens to it. It is written to describe what this website actually does rather than to cover practices it does not use.
What we collect
When you send a message
The form collects your name, email address, company, an optional phone number, an optional current website address, a description of the problem, and the kind of project you are asking about. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
The form is sent only when a delivery destination is configured and that destination confirms receipt. If delivery is not configured or the send fails, the form reports the failure and asks you to call. Inquiry contents are not written to server logs.
What we do not ask for
The form does not ask for confidential, personal, or regulated information. The free-text answer is length-limited so a message cannot become a place where a confidential document is pasted. Do not send confidential, personal or regulated information through this form.
When the form is submitted
Automated use of the form is limited. When platform firewall rules are configured, those rules apply. When a Redis-compatible store is configured, recent submissions are counted there for a short period. Process memory is not used as the limit. Those checks are not logged against your message.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 when a measurement ID is configured. Consent defaults to denied for advertising and analytics storage, IP anonymisation is on, and Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Events are recorded against non-identifying parameters, such as the page an action happened on, and never against the contents of a form field.
Analytics does not load at all unless a measurement ID is configured for that deployment.
Error monitoring
Where error monitoring is enabled, technical information about a failure, such as the page, the browser, and a stack trace, is recorded so we can fix it. Session replay and user profiling are not enabled.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard operational logs such as IP address, user agent and requested path for security and delivery. That is a normal function of serving a website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores no preferences in local storage. If analytics is enabled on a deployment, Google sets its own cookies once storage consent has been granted; until then storage is denied by default.
Legal bases and your rights
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for replying to enquiries and for keeping this website secure and working, and on consent for analytics storage.
To get a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, use the contact form and we will deal with it.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Records relating to engagements we take on are kept for as long as we need them for the project and for tax and legal record-keeping.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
