AstuCore.ai ("AstuCore," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI consulting company located at 843 S Cherry Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76108. We provide AI voice agents, SEO automation, business automation, and related services to small and medium businesses, primarily in Texas.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information: Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you submit our contact form.
• Free-text input: Any information you include in the "biggest headache" or message fields of our contact form.
• Service interest: Which of our services you select in the contact form dropdown.
• Call data: If you call our AI demo line (817) 969-3385, we may record and store the call transcript and summary for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
• Usage data: Basic website analytics including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location (city/region level). We do not use invasive tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
• Provide and improve our services
• Send you information about our services that may be relevant to you (you can opt out at any time)

• Protect against fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

• Vercel: Website hosting. Data may be processed in the United States.

• Twilio / Quo: Business phone infrastructure for call routing and SMS.

We only share your information with third parties as necessary to provide our services, and only with parties that maintain appropriate data protection standards.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our engagement plus 3 years for recordkeeping purposes. If you inquire but do not become a client, we retain your inquiry data for up to 2 years.

If you are a Texas resident, you have certain rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including:
